- First make the dough by mixing jowar flour and all purpose flour with 2tbsp oil, water and a pinch of salt.
- Boil potatoes, cauliflower and peas.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies saute for few seconds.
- 4. Then add the boiled veggies and the powdered spices and mix it well. Saute it for few minutes.
- 5. Mash the veggies, add raisins and cashews and keep it aside to cool.
- To make the samosas, take a lemon size dough and roll into circular shape.
- Cut the circular dough in the middlle to make cone shapes.
- Now, fill the cones with potato, cauliflower and peas mixture.
- Stuff properly and seal the edges.
- Deep fry the samosas till golden yellow. Drain out the excess oil.
- Jowar cauliflower samosas are ready to serve with mint chutney or sauce.
