- In a part put 1 spoon oil and fry jowar pwd in low flame. And keep aside.
- In a pan put oil, hing jeera ,haldi, curryleaves and all vegetables and saute for few minutes.
- Now add water ,salt and jowar powder and cook for 10 minutes until it becomes thick consistency.
- Now take it a serving bowls garnish it with coriander. Now the tasty jowar khichdi is ready to serve.
