  • Jowar powder 1cup
  • Water 21/2 cups
  • Oil 2 spoons
  • Jeera 1 spoon
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • 1, chopped green chillies
  • 1, chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomatoes
  • 1carrot chopped
  • Curry and corriander leaves
  • 1 pinch hing

Instructions

  • In a part put 1 spoon oil and fry jowar pwd in low flame. And keep aside.
  • In a pan put oil, hing jeera ,haldi, curryleaves and all vegetables and saute for few minutes.
  • Now add water ,salt and jowar powder and cook for 10 minutes until it becomes thick consistency.
  • Now take it a serving bowls garnish it with coriander. Now the tasty jowar khichdi is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

This dish can be served from small kids to older people.
