- Dry roast the flour in a a heavy bottom pan for 10-12 mins untill a nutty aroma arises.
- Take it down in a big bowl . Add crushed nuts and cardamon powder and mix it well .
- Now in the same pan, melt the ghee and add jaggery or jaggery powder to it . Cook on slow flame until it melts and combines.
- Pour it onto the flour nut mixture and carefully mix it all together. It's extremely hot so be careful.
- Once combined, press this into a greased tray and make cuts lightly .
- It will set and become firm in a few mins . Cut into squares and store in air tight jar.
