  • Jowar flour
  • Bhakhri wheat flour
  • Corn flour
  • Besan
  • Curd
  • Sesame seeds
  • Carom seeds
  • Fennel seeds
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Jaggery
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • Green chillies
  • Corinader
  • Kasuri methi
  • Mint
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients. In a vessel add all flour,add curd,add water gradually to make soft dough,then add chopped coriander,green garlic,mint leaves mix properly with hands.now cover & keep aside for 4-5 hours. After 5 hours,Add all dry masala,sesame seeds,carom,fennel seeds,jaggery,green chilli, ginger garlic paste,mix properly with hands,heat pan add oil for fry,add 2 tbsp hot oil in batter, pinch eno mix properly.now batter is ready. Take batter in hand sprinkle sesame seeds smoothly press. put vada one by one in hot oil,deep fry,keep the flame medium to high,flip it & fry until it becomes golden brown,vadas are puffed up nicely,take out in a plate. Now vadas are ready to serve.
