  • Jowar flour
  • Salt
  • Ajwain
  • Oil
  • Corinader
  • Cumin
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add jowar flour,ajwain,salt,cumin, corinader and mix well. Then add water and make a soft dough. Then keep aside for 1 hour. Take a portion of it and make a round disc. Then deep fry in oil until brown in colour then serve hot with poori masala.
