  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Cauliflower
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader
  • Potato
  • Salt
  • Whole wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Jowar flour

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add jowar flour,whole wheat flour and add salt and knead it with water. Make a dough. Take another bowl and add grated cabbage, Carrot, cauliflower,red chilli powder, Coriander,potato, and mix well. Then a portion of dough and make a flat disc.. Place this on hot tawa and roast it both sides. Then place the prepared mixture in between the chapathi and roll it and thread a pin. Serve hot.
