  • 4 carrots
  • 1 beetroot
  • Coriander leaves (to taste)
  • 1 amla ,Ginger
  • Black Salt - sugar (grated)

Instructions

  • To make carrot beet juice, cut all the fruits well into small pieces. When all the fruits are cut well, then put all the fruits in the juicer and grind them well. When all the fruit juices get out well, take it out in a glass. Now serve by adding a spoonful of powdered sugar (if desired) and a pinch of black salt to the juice prepared.

Notes/Tips

Drinking carrot and beet juice keeps the skin hydrated. It can help in removing the top layer of dead cells from the skin, making the skin soft and shiny. Carrot juice is rich in beta carotene.
