Ingredients

  • 1.50 litre of full cream Milk
  • 50grams of White Til ( sesame seeds)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh grated Coconut
  • 1/4cup khas syrup or as per taste
  • 2Cardamoms ( crushed)
  • For Coconut Lacche:---
  • 200 Gram coconut (noodle length), grated
  • 100 Gram Sugar
  • 10 ml Rose Water
  • 20 Gram coarsely chopped cashewnuts
  • 75 ml Water
  • 100gm sweet boondi (readymade )

Instructions

  • First Dry roast the sesame seeds till crisp.Grind them coarsely.
  • Now Boil the whole milk in a wide sauce pan and simmer till thickens a bit.
  • Keep stirring the milk so that the milk does not get burnt from the bottom.
  • Now add the roasted sesame seeds and grated coconut to it and Cook for 3-4 min.
  • Once the milk reduces to half, then add the khaskhas syrup(as per taste) and crushed cardamoms to it and mix.
  • --Prepare Coconut ka Lacche:
  • Put water, sugar and grated Coconut in a pan and let it cook on low flame.
  • Once cooked, increase the flame and cook till water is evaporated.
  • Turn off the flame and finish with rose water and chopped nuts on the top.
  • To serve put the rabri mixture in a glass and top with Sweet Boondi nd Coconut ka laccha.

Notes/Tips

Serve hot or cold.
