- First of all heat ghee in a pan.Add grated pumpkin & shoked sago and saute for 2 minutes.than add other ingredients and boil till become thick. For carrot sago kheer,use grated carrot instead of pumpkin. For purple kheer use grated purple cabbage & grated boil purple yam. Take a glass,arrenge all kheer one by one, decorate with caremal makhana & dry fruits.
