Ingredients

  • Milk - 5 cup
  • Gobindo bhog rice - 1/4 cup
  • Khejur gur - 1/2 cup patali
  • Crushed almonds - 1 tsp
  • Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tsp
  • Raisins - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Pistachio - for garnishing

Instructions

  • Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel. When it brings to boil add rice and stir continuously in a low flame.
  • Cook well till it gets thick and rice is done add kherur gur
  • Add cardamom powder,cashew nuts,almonds, raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Garnish with crushed pistachio and serve.
