A new chutney recipe as a sider

Ingredients

  • 1 spoon chana dal
  • 1 spoon urad dal (can skipped)
  • as per taste Salt
  • 4-5 dry red chilli
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion Slice cut
  • 1 tomato cut into roughly
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds or rai
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal

Instructions

  • At first heat the oil in a pan or kadhai add chana dal,urad dal,salt,red dry chilli, garlic cloves and saute for few minutes than add tomato and saute for 5 minutes while tomato looks soft.than off the flame and rest to totally cool keep aside. After cool than make fine paste in mixer jaar. and than chutney Take it in a bowl.
  • Now preparing for tadka- heat the oil in tadka pan add mustard seeds,urad dal and curry leaves mix or stir well than pour it on chutney.mix well.Kaara chutney is ready for serve.
