- Wash and cut the raw tomatoes.
- Heat oil, crackle jeera, add green chillies and hing. Then add the chopped onions.
- Saute till translucent. Add the dry spices. Cover and cook for few minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook till done or tender.
- Add the jaggery. Allow it to dissolve completely. Add salt.
- Once done serve it in a serving bowl and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
