- firstly, place 2 large kachories. further, gently make a hole in the centre without breaking entire kachori. pour curd in centre of kachori. also add in tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. further top with finely chopped onions and tomato. also sprinkle sev over it. finally, garnish with corinader leaves and serve kachori chaat.
