- Saute grated coconut, shallots, red chillies, coriander seeds, curry leaves, and garlic in oil till golden brown. Grind the sauteed ingredients.
- Saute mustard seeds, add sliced onions, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and ground ingredients, cook well.
- Add water followed by boiled channa, let it cook.
- Add salt and serve hot.
