- Take a pan add oil, grated coconut mix cook till slight colour then switch off the flame and add red chilli powder,coriander powder, garam masala, tomatoes, turmeric and make into fine paste. In another pan add oil, murstard seed, red chillies, sliced coconut, hing, chopped onion, salt, curry leaves, garlic, giner slices mix well and cook for 3-4min then add the coconut masala, green chillies, cook for 2 min then add black chickpeas and cook for 10-15 min. Once it is done add chopped coriander leaves.
