  • Capsicum
  • Banana
  • Carrot
  • Potato
  • Besan
  • Rice flour
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl add besan, rice flour, chili powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well, add water gradually to form a thick batter. Wash, peel and slice the veggies thin. Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip each thin slices of veggies one by one in besan batter then drop the batter coated veggies one by one in preheated oil. Do not overcrowd the pan. Fry it in medium flame and flip the bajji after it has puffed. When both sides are fried remove from oil and transfer it to a plate. Serve it hot with chutney.
