Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry red chili 2
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Hing 1/4tsp
  • Kaddu 500 grm
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp
  • Amchur powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Sprinkle some water
  • Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds and methi the dry red chilli and bay leaf. Add kaddu and salt, now sprinkle some.l water and cook till it's soft Then add all the remaining ingredients in it and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve it hot.

Notes/Tips

Don't add too much water as kaddu has natural water in it.
