- Peel pumpkin and grate it to slightly coarse mixture. Take a bowl, add grated pumpkin, green chillies, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and mix nicely. Add besan flour, rice flour, oil and mix nicely without water. Heat oil in a pan, drop the pakodas fry till golden brown in color. Transfer into a plate and sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot.
