- 1. Heat oil on a medium flame, add cumin seeds and red chillies.
- 2. Add garlic and roast it until brown. Add methi and cashew nuts.
- 3. Cook until methi softens.
- 4. Add powdered spices and add mango in the end.
- 5. Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve hot.
