Ingredients

  • 2 cups fried cashew nuts
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe mango (any)
  • 2 cups soaked, boiled and drained methi seeds
  • 2 teasp cumin seeds
  • 3 Kashmiri red chilli whole
  • 1 teasp turmeric
  • 3 teasp red chilli powder
  • 3 teasp cumin and coriander powder
  • 1 pinch amchoor (dry mango)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5-6 cloves garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil on a medium flame, add cumin seeds and red chillies.
  • 2. Add garlic and roast it until brown. Add methi and cashew nuts.
  • 3. Cook until methi softens.
  • 4. Add powdered spices and add mango in the end.
  • 5. Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve hot.
