Ingredients

  • Ingredients For Kaju Paan 150 grams kaju powder 2
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • Silver vark (silver leaves) optional 2 plastic/ pa
  • 125 grams sugar 50 ml water 1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions

  • 1. Dry roast almond, cashew and magaj on low heat for 2 mins
  • Mix all the ingredients for the filling and set aside
  • Add sugar and water in a nonstick pan On medium heat make sugar syrup and let it boil till it is a little thick. Now add in green colour and stir till well mixed
  • Now add cashew (kaju) and milk powder mix. Continue to stir for 1 min and add ghee. Switch off the heat and remove the pan from the stove. Stir in for 2 mins and let it cool a bit.
  • Now transfer it on a greased plastic sheet or parchment paper and knead Roll the dough while it is still warm, between two sheets or parchment paper to ¼ inch thickness Cut into 2 inch by 2 inch squares Place half teaspoon of the filling
  • Fold to make cone shape Kaju Paan’s are ready Now apply chandi (silver) vark if using

Notes/Tips

Mix all the ingredients for the filling and set aside
