- Firstly soak basmati rice for 30 mins.
- Add oil to pressure cooker and fry onions, also fry kaju.
- Later make paste of half brown onions and also make paste of plain kaju by adding water.
- Now boil 1 cup milk by adding cardamon.
- Add oil to cooker, add shahzeera, clove, cardamon, bay leaf.
- Now add brown onion paste, curd and cook.
- Add cashew paste cook by adding salt, masala. Add water add rice. Pressure cook it.
- Garnish with brown onions and fried cashew and enjoy.
