  • Dates
  • Almonds
  • Cashew nuts
  • Walnuts
  • Anjeer
  • Ghee
  • Poppy seeds
  • Dry coconut
  • Cardomon and nutmeg powder
  • Black Raisins
  • Golden raisins

Instructions

  • Take dates and remove there seeds.Make small pieces of it.Heat pan add ghee and roast all dry fruits till it turns golden.Then transfer it in a bowl.Then in same pan roast poppy seeds and transfer in another bowl.
  • Then roast shredded dry coconut and transfer in another bowl.Then cut dry fruits into small pieces.Then add dates in pan And roast for 5min then Add all dry fruits and cardomon and nutmeg powder in it and mix Well Together.
  • Once it is cool down make a roll in plactic paper seal the edges and freeze it for 1hr.After 1hr take out and cut into pieces. Healthy Dates dry fruits roll is ready.

Notes/Tips

Take soft dates so that it is easy to make paste and no need to grind in mixture. Take dry fruits as per your choice.
