  • Kala chana
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes

  • Tamarind juice

Instructions

  • Grind one oinion, garlic, coriander powder. make it like a paste and keep it aside. Heat oil add onions, curry leaves, green chilli, turmeric Add onion garlic paste and fry till it comes brown (in slow heat oil comes out) Add tomato pieces fry till they mix with masala (Tomatoes become paste) add red chilli powder when tomatoes are cooking add tamarind juice, salt add boiled chana and cook for some time finally add coriander leaves
