Ingredients

  • 250 gm. Homemade paneer(400gm
  • 1/2 spoon green cardemom powder
  • 1 can /tin condence milk (400gm)
  • 6 cup full fat milk
  • 2 spoon lemon juice / yogurt 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Pour milk to pot and bring it to boil add lemon juice or yogurt to hot milk stir and continue to boil till milk begeins curdle.
  • Add 2 cup cold water immediately drain this cheese cloth lined over colander. Hold cheese cloth carefully under running water rinse well
  • Bring edges together and squzze off hang for 10-20min. Grease small tray and line with parchment paper keep aside
  • Pour Coundence milk to heavy bottom pan add paneer mix and begin to cook till thicken. Transfer to greased tray
  • Sprinkle nuts level with spactulla refrigerator kalakand at least 2 hours.
