- Pour milk to pot and bring it to boil add lemon juice or yogurt to hot milk stir and continue to boil till milk begeins curdle.
- Add 2 cup cold water immediately drain this cheese cloth lined over colander. Hold cheese cloth carefully under running water rinse well
- Bring edges together and squzze off hang for 10-20min. Grease small tray and line with parchment paper keep aside
- Pour Coundence milk to heavy bottom pan add paneer mix and begin to cook till thicken. Transfer to greased tray
- Sprinkle nuts level with spactulla refrigerator kalakand at least 2 hours.
