Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk +250 ml milk
  • 2 Tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
  • 8-10 Kesar strands 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Pistachio
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cashews
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Boil 1 litre of milk. Add vinegar. Once milk is curdled,strain it using a strainer and wash it using water in order to get rid of the vinegar smell. Chenna is ready.
  • In a clean vessel, boil 250 ml milk. Keep stirring continuously till it is reduced to half the quantity. Now add sugar and mix well till sugar is completely dissoved. Add Chennai and mix together continuously.
  • Add cardamom powder,saffron and nuts.
