  • 1 tin Nestle Milkmaid
  • 500 gm Paneer
  • 2 tb sp Nestle Whitener
  • 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 5 chopped almonds and pistachio

Instructions

  • Mash paneer coarsely and mix in the Nestlé MILKMAID and Nestlé Everyday Dairy Whitener.
  • Heat the mixture in a thick bottom pan. Cook on medium flame while constantly stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • Remove from the flame and spread onto a greased plate. Sprinkle elaichi powder and chopped pistachio and almonds. Cool and cut into squares.
  • It can be stored for 1 week in refrigerator.
