  • Kale, Pumpkin
  • Wheat bulgar, cashews,avocado
  • Tahini paste, brown sugar,olive oil
  • Cinnamon, feta, salt, pepper

Instructions

  • ngredients: Kale Pumpkin Wheat bulgar Cashews Avocado Tahini paste for dressing 1. Bulgar preparation: one cup bulgar for two people. One cup bulgar and 1 1/2 cup water. Mix bulgar and water and let the water simmer, then put the flame on low and let it cook for 12 minutes with a lid on the pot. Then let it cool for 10 minutes, fluff the bulgur with a fork. Mix a little bit of olive oil and salt in the bulgar
  • 2. Avocado preparation: slice the avocado in cubes, salt, pepper and lemon to taste
  • 3. Kale preparation: drizzle olive oil, salt and lemon on the kale leaves and massage gently 4. Pumpkin preparation: cut the pumpkin into cubes. Toss the cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, brown sugar and cinnamon. Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius. Roast the pumpkins the oven for around 20-25 minutes at 180 Celsius until soft and golden brown 5. Feta preparation: crumbled feta or feta cubes on the side
  • 6. Arrange your ingredients like so 7. Sprinkle cashew pieces on the dish 8. Optional: tahini dressing on top
