Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Elaichi powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup flour(maida)

Instructions

  • Take pan or kadai add ghee milk and milk powder, continuously stir it so that no lumps are formed
  • Mix it till it forms a paste or start leaving ghee and forms like mawa
  • Take out in plate and let it cool
  • Add maida and baking powder and mix well and make dough
  • Roll it in cylindrical shape and fry in oil, first on high flame den on medium flame to get it cooked till inside
  • On the other side take kadai add sugar and water and make chashni add elaichi powder
  • Put the kalojam in the syrup and let the syrup move into it Cover it for half an hour
  • Kalojam ready to serve
