  • Pearl millet
  • Idli rice
  • Urad dal
  • Fenugreek
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and soak the pearl millet, idli rice and urad dal with fenugreek seeds separately for 4 hours. Grind to a bit coarse paste, add enough salt and keep overnight for fermentation Grease idli moulds with oil and pour the batter. Steam them for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
