  • Kambu idly
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Cashew
  • Capsicum
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Carrot
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Crumble the kambu idli and keep it ready. Heat a pan with oil once it is hot add in mustard seeds let it splutter and then add in Urad dal, Channa dal, and Cashew nuts Roast till it turns golden brown. Next add in Green Chilli, Finely chopped Capsicum, and Curry leaves fry for a minute. Now add in the chopped onions and salt saute. Mix well and then add in the grated carrot cook for a minute. Now add in the crumbled Idli and toss well. Cook for 2 mins and switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
