  • Black carrot
  • Salt
  • Rai powder
  • Black pepper
  • Drinking water

Instructions

  • Chop black carrots in small size after peeling and washing.
  • Add water in a container now add chopped carrots, salt, rai and black pepper.
  • Stir it and keep the container covered in sunlight for 1-2 days. This probiotic drink will be ready to serve. You may add bondi on top while serving.

Notes/Tips

Please keep kanji in sunlight for better colour and rai fermentation
