Ingredients

  • 50 gms rai
  • 1 litre water
  • 200 gms moong dal
  • 50 gms urad dal
  • As per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Grind rai, add rai powder and salt in water mix well and keep for fermentation for 6 hours
  • Soak dal for 6 hrs, grind it into fine paste
  • Whisk it for 10 minutes and make it fluffy
  • Make vada fry it till golden brown on medium flame
  • Put the vada in kanji
  • You can give smoke to it by covering it for 10 minutes
  • Kanji vada ready
