  • Curry leaves
  • Hing
  • Tamarind
  • Red chilli
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • cut the onion and grind them with the other ingredients (exclude the oil) in a small mixer..Add spoons of water while grinding..coz the chutney should not be watery..but thick..after its ground well to a paste...just add the oil and mix it with a spoon...and ur kara chutney is ready..
