Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Refined flour
  • Custard powder
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Milk
  • Tutti frutti
  • Cashewnut
  • Pineapple essence

Instructions

  • In a bowl beat powdered sugar and butter till whitish with electric beater
  • Now add seived refined flour, custard powder,baking powder and baking soda to this mixture
  • Mix all well with spatula to this add tutti frutti and cashewnuts with pineapple essence
  • Mix all with spatula add milk to make a cylindrical roll of dough
  • To this dough wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for one hr
  • Remove dough from refrigerator and cut into thick slices
  • Put this slices in greased tray
  • Bake it at 170 degree for 15 minutes
  • Serve it when these karachi biscuits come at room temperature
  • Store it in jar

Notes/Tips

U can add 3 tbsp milk if needed instead of 2 tbsp ,take melted butter
