  • Red chilli powder
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Wheat flour

Instructions

  • Add wheat flour,red chilli powder,salt,cumin,sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well. Then add water and knead well. Take some dough and make a round thin disc. Heat oil in a kadai. Then place the poori disc in it and fry until crisp. Then serve hot.
