Ingredients

  • 12 Green chillies
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1/2 spoon of cumin powder
  • 2 spoons of desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • First slit the green chillies and keep it aside.
  • Mix cumin powder,salt and desiccated coconut in a plate .
  • Now fill the slitted green chillies with this mix.
  • Heat the oil and fry the filled green chillies on low flame.
  • Mouth watering and spicy Karari Fried Mirchi is ready to eat with dal rice,curd rice etc.

Notes/Tips

Goes well with curd rice, dal rice ,sambar rice ,khichdi etc.
