  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli
  • Cumin
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and dry roast urad dal and keep aside. Then in the same pan dry roast chana dal and keep aside. Add red chilli and saute well. Then add curry leaves and roast until the leaves are crisp. Take a blender and add roasted curry leaves,red chilli,urad dal,chana dal,cumin, turmeric powder,rock salt and blend into a fine powder and store in a container.
