  • Tamarind
  • Corinader seeds
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Oil
  • Red chilli
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Jaggery
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and soak tamarind. Then take a pan and dry roast Fenugreek and keep aside. Then add coriander seeds and roast and keep aside. In the same pan add oil then add dried red chilli and saute well and keep aside. Then add curry leaves and saute. Extract the pulp from the Tamarind. Take a blender and add mustard and grind. Then add roasted corinader seeds, Fenugreek seeds and blend into a powder. Then add roasted curry leaves, turmeric,garlic, tamarind extract,jaggery and Blend into a paste. Then take a pan and add oil, mustard,cumin,urad dal,chana dal and saute well then add this to the prepared paste and mix well and serve with rice.
