- First in a mixer jar, add soaked ingredients, 3 green chillies, coconut pieces, coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp salt with little bit of water, grind it well and keep the masala aside.
- Next in a pan,put bottle gourd and water,let it cook until the gourd turns transparent.Add grinded masala to it with 2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,curry leaves,coriander leaves, curd,mix well. Now close the lid &let it cook for 10 mins on medium flame
- Heat 2 tsp oil in small pan, add all the seasoning ingredients. Pour it on the Majjige huli and the bottle gourd majjige huli is ready to serve! 🤤🤤
