- 1. For Garlic chutney: Mince 12-14 garlic cloves with red 1 tbsp chilli powder and a little salt
- 2. Heat ghee on a low flame. Add curry leaves, asafoetida, cumin, mustard , green chillies and ginger.
- 3. Cook for 1 minute and add garlic chutney. Cook this for 2-3 minutes. Add a blended liquid of besan, dahi and water.
- 4. Add chopped vegetables and water. Simmer on a low flame until vegetables are cooked.
- 5. Serve with Bajra roti and choice of ur salad!
