Ingredients

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped tomato 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted eggplant 1
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in pan add garlic paste and saute for 1 minute
  • Now add onion and cook till soft
  • Now add tomatoes and do all the seasoning, Cook till Oil release.
  • Then add roasted eggplant and curd and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve it hot with Debhara.

Notes/Tips

In place of garlic paste u can use garlic chutney
