  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Chana
  • Chat masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Black salt
  • Sev
  • Boiled potato
  • Ginger
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Pomegranate
  • Baking soda
  • Pepper powder
  • Corinader
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Mint chutney
  • Water

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients together. Mix well. Now slowly add water to the mixing bowl and start combining the ingredients together to form a tight dough. Transfer the dough into a container and let it rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. Take medium size steel bowls and grease the backside of it with a little oil. After resting, divide the dough into equal portions and roll into round balls. Roll out the ball into a thin circular disc. Prick the disc with a fork.Repeat this for all the dough balls. Now place this forked disc on top of the inverted greased steel bowls, Pinch and fold the loose side tightly. Place the bowls on a tray, inside the oven and bake it for 12-15 minutes till it gets crispy. Once done take it out, allow it to cool. Demould it and set aside. Fine chop the coriander leaves, green chilli tomato and onion. Keep it aside. Take a mixing bowl and add boiled potato dices, boiled chickpeas, chopped veggies, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black salt and black pepper. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of sweet tamarind chutney and 2 tablespoons of green chutney. Mix well with all other ingredients. Put the mixed chat in baked kachori cups. Garnish it with sev, chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate.
