  • Potato
  • Tamrind chutney
  • Chilli chutney
  • Chaat masala
  • Boiled chickpeas
  • Cumin seeds
  • Aamchur powder
  • Papdi
  • Pomegranate
  • Navratan chivda
  • Lemon juice
  • Black salt
  • Soaked tamrind
  • Beaten curd

Instructions

  • Take a pan add oil,cumin seeds and green chilles. Then Add chickpeas and smash them.later sprinkle some amchur Powder,coriander Leaves and black salt.
  • Take a potato grate it and then wash it and remove the starch Later change the water add some tumeric or yellow colour in the water and then soak the grated potato for 20-25 minutes.
  • Rinse the grated potato with the help of a cotton cloth and then add aarow root and some oil in It. Then rake a strainer and spread the grated potato Eqyalky on all the sides and place a small strainer in the middle and place it in the Hot Oil.
  • Pour the oil equally on all the Sides Remove it from the Oil and keep it aside till it cools down after Cooling it will Come out on its own .
  • For tamrind Chutney, take Some dates remove the seeds and grind it in The Grinder, add tamrind water into it and some water and grind it again. And remove it into a bowl
  • For green chilli chutney, take some chillies mint leaves,coriander Leaves, and add some water to it and also add tamrind water grind it and remove it in the Bowl.
  • Take one more potato Cut it into cubes and deep fry them into the oil till they get cooked properly.
  • Take the basket prepared from the grated potato , add the chickpeas into It,Now Add2 Cubes Of Fried Potatoes , Pour 2tsps of tamrind Chutney and green chilli chutney then pour some beaten Curd.
  • Sprinkle some amchur powder,take a papdi And cut it into two and garnish it from side and then garnish with coriander and Pomegranate and Serve.

Notes/Tips

Can use aloo tikke instead of fried potatoes.
