- Sieve the flours and soda and mix well
- Add salt, oil and hing to water and bring to a boil
- Add in the sieved ingredients to the boiling water in batches and mix well, keeping the gas slow and bring all together like a dough (like khichoo)
- Switch off gas and cover dough for 10 minutes
- Open lid, Allow to cool until warm and smoothen the dough with greased hands Add more water and set soft dough consistency (like roti dough)

- With practice you can get it
- Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame until crisp
- Drain off excess oil
- Serve and enjoy with family and friends
