  • Mutton
  • Green chillies
  • Ghee
  • Wheat flour
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Corinader powder
  • Garam masala
  • Onion
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and start cooking minced meat with water, chopped ginger and garlic till they are tender. Add green chillies, coriander, cumin and garam masala powder. Prepare The Dough & Divide Into Balls On the other hand, knead wheat flour along with added salt, ghee and water to make a smooth dough. Take out small balls from the dough as required. Stuff The Dough Balls With Mutton Keema Press each portion from the centre of the dough and stuff it with the mutton keema prepared before. Seal the dough properly. Roll out the dough like a chapatti and roast on the pan. Add ghee from both the sides till they turn golden brown. Serve Mutton Stuffed Keema Paratha.
