Ingredients

  • 1 kg curd
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 8-10 saffron strain
  • as required Chopped dry fruits (As per Choice)
  • as required Cherry
  • 1 tsp Milk

Instructions

  • Take curd in muslin cloth. Tie it to remove access water. You will get hung curd. Soak saffron strain in milk.
  • Sift the curd from flour grater. So you will get smooth texture from curd. In hung curd add sugar and mix it.
  • Add powder sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk in curd. Mix gently and properly.
  • Sprinkle dry fruits and garnish with cherry. Refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours.

Garnish it and serve chilled
