- Put Malai in a pan and stir fry with a spoon for 5-6 minutes. When Malai is melted then add grated Paneer to it and stir fry again constantly. After the mixture gets bit thick, mix saffron in 1 tbsp milk and then add it to the mixture. add 1 pinch yellow color in milk, and then mix it in the mixture. Take out mixture in a plate and when it cools down a bit add powdered sugar and mix really well. Also add chopped cashew nuts and mix with the mixture. Take little amount of mixture at a time, shape it into round Ladoos and keep them on a plate. Store and serve.
