Ingredients

  • 1 cup rava/sooji
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits
  • 1 tsp saffron milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add rava, roast till aromatic. Now in another pan add water, sugar and chopped pineapple. Bring it to a boil. Sugar will melt. Pineapple will also cook well and become soft.
  • Once the rava is roasted well, add the pineapple sugar syrup/water and stir continuously until the water evaporates. Add dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix again well.
  • Remove in a serving bowl and garnish it with some more dry fruits.
