- Beat the sugar powder and unsalted butter or ghee till creamy, add the kesar milk, green cardamom powder and pistachios. Mix it well.
- Now add maida and baking powder to itand mix well and allow to rest in fridge for 20 minutes.
- Give the shape of Nankhati and bake it in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 160°C.
- Serve it fresh with tea
