Ingredients

  • Maida 80 grm
  • Sugar powder 50 grm
  • Unsalted butter or ghee 50 grm
  • Kesar soaked milk 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachios 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Beat the sugar powder and unsalted butter or ghee till creamy, add the kesar milk, green cardamom powder and pistachios. Mix it well.
  • Now add maida and baking powder to itand mix well and allow to rest in fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Give the shape of Nankhati and bake it in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 160°C.
  • Serve it fresh with tea
