  • Full fat milk
  • Milkmaid
  • Kesar/ saffon strands
  • Pista and Almond

Instructions

  • Boil milk till half the actual quantity on medium high flame, stirring frequently.
  • Meanwhile soak few strands of saffron in milk and keep aside. Once the milk reduces,add condensed milk and stir and boil for another 2min...
  • Finally add soaked saffron, pista and almonds. Allow to cool completely.
  • Pour into kulfi moulds and set in the freezer for minimum 5-6 hours.
